Refund & Return Policies
Return items must be unopened, sealed and in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels.
KLOUD5 reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. KLOUD5 will not accept the return of damaged gimbal products. We will not accept returns of damaged, consumed, used or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.
RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES
If you wish to return an item to us simply let us know and we will do everything we can to help make the process fast and easy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We are human! In the event that KLOUD5 ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.
Returns of items that received Free Shipping are subject to a $15 restocking fee. Returns of items over $149 that received Free 2 Day shipping are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Returns of orders over 5lbs or orders totaling over $499 are subject to a $30 restocking fee.
All items are protected by a 6 month US Parts & Labor Warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.
If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim.
MISC. RETURN INFORMATION
Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.
